Gender: Female Height: 5’5” Weight: about 120 lbs Body Type: Athletic/Thin Eyes: Green Hair: Naturally, Desiree’s hair is deep auburn and curly. She will often straighten it and wears it in different styles. Her hair is normally kept long, reaching the middle of her back. She most often wears it down, styling it and adding some sort of accessory to it, but she’ll sometimes wear it up in a stylish ponytail, a bun, or an up-do. She’s always trying to stay ahead of the fashion curb. She doesn’t follow trends. She sets them. Sexuality: Straight, though she’s not opposed to the same sex. Personal Style:Desiree has a very wide selection of clothing. Above anything else, she prefers to wear flattering dresses. A lot of her clothing comes from her own company and she has easy access to just about anything she wants. Dresses, skirts, tops, bathing suits, jeans, hats, jewelry. Even when she’s just kicking back at home (which is rare) she’ll usually be wearing something high-end. Even her sweatpants are designer.
At work, Desiree always wears clothing from her company and she takes appearance over comfort always. She tends to dress professionally, usually wearing a skirt with a flattering, but appropriate, top and high heels. Jewelry and other accessories are a must.
When she’s modeling Desiree shows up where she’s needed wearing nice jeans with a tank top or a t-shirt. They re-dress her anyway, so she makes herself presentable, but doesn’t go overboard.
When she goes out, Desiree tends to wear flattering dresses, short skirts – anything that’ll get her noticed. She rather enjoys taking attention away from other women in her vicinity.
At home, Desiree usually doesn’t wear much. She lives alone and will often just wear a tank top or a t-shirt over a cute pair of panties. Unless, of course, she’s expecting company.
She also has a wide collection of lingerie.
Desiree normally doesn’t wear much makeup. Eyeliner, mascara, a sweep of eyeshadow, and some lip gloss is her norm. Unique Features: Best Feature: Her host’s eyes. Worst Feature: Her host’s boobs. Face Claim: Evangeline Lilly
Powers: ~Telekinesis: She can move objects without touching them. She can’t lift anything larger than a car for more than a few seconds (if she’s lucky). She can throw most objects, though some are a bit awkward to handle, just like they would be if you tried to physically throw them. She can also move people, but if they have psychic abilities they can put up a resistance to her power. Also if she is injured while performing telekinesis, it throws her off. ~Pheromones: She can emit pheromones to cause a hormonal/chemical reaction in others. This can be used to manipulate and induce emotions. This ability is normally undetectable, unless she’s dealing with: a fellow demon, a being who possesses this same ability, or certain shapeshifters. ~Suggestion: A form of hypnosis she can use when the subject is relaxed and bordering on sleep. She can manipulate the person’s thoughts to a certain extend and she uses this ability more to guide their thoughts rather than control them. She’s very subtle and the subject often won’t even notice her influence. This can be a problem if she’s dealing with a witch or a psychic. ~Strength and Stamina: When she’s not injured, she has heightened strength, speed, stamina, and reflexes. They’re not super-human, but they’re more keen than they would be for her human host, were she not possessed. Other: She’s very good at flirting to get what she wants – she’s totally the woman who hits on a cop to get out of a speeding ticket. She’s in very good physical shape and works out regularly. Desiree (the host) was a habitual rock-climber; Bet dislikes this but has had to learn to do it for various reasons. She’s very photogenic. She has a strong head for business. She’s a good liar.
Personality: Desiree and Bet are two very different people. To anyone who knows Desiree, it’s very obvious that something is very wrong with her. Most figure it’s because she’s had to adapt to the cutthroat nature of the fashion industry and she’s moved to New York City. Desiree was a very kind, good-natured person and it was very rare to see her upset or angry.
Bet, on the other hand, is quite the cutthroat bitch. She is cunning, shamelessly manipulative, and very determined. There is nothing that can stop her once she has her sights set on something. One would think she’d have nothing but time, but Bet does not take kindly to her time being wasted. If you approach her without being invited, be prepared to be done bodily harm if you can’t get your point across quickly and efficiently. She has a sense of humor, but it normally only appeals to her and she likes it that way. Her jokes are often cruel and morbid. She doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her, but if you have something negative to say, keep it to yourself. She doesn’t want to hear it.
Despite all of this, Bet is very good at pretending to be patient. When dealing with customers and clients, she keeps herself in check for the sake of getting the job done. She’s got a strong personality, but she also has self-control.
Although she may seem to be a cold-hearted bitch, she does have a lighter side. If you get on her good side, she can be a very helpful ally. If you help Bet, she will gladly return the favor. As long as you show her respect and you’re honest and straightforward, she will most likely get along with you, provided she already finds you potentially useful or interesting. Just make sure you can keep up with her. She’ll think nothing of cutting ties with those she needs to constantly look after.
Bet normally doesn’t do the whole long-term relationship thing, but she does have “pets”. Pets are beings she enjoys for whatever reason. She will often take them under her wing and give them whatever it is they desire or need that is in her power to give them… provided they obey her without question. These pets, if they cooperate, can become allies. Not all “pets” are willing participants. These she will often hold prisoner until they come around to her way of thinking… or die horribly.

Devil’s Traps, most of the time. There are some she can get out of with a bit of effort. Holy water, though she tends to play through the pain when she’s hit with small amounts. Psychics and witches, for most are at least resistant if not immune to some of her powers. Angels, for they can combat her quite easily.
Biggest Secret: She falls in love quite easily. Granted, it’s a twisted demonic kind of love, but it’s love all the same. Likewise, she’s also been heartbroken quite a bit.

Brief History: (2 paragraphs minimum)
.::The Demon::. Erzsebet’s true age and name are unknown. The name Erzsebet is one she gave herself sometime in the late 1300s, and is often shortened to “Bet.” She is not as old as Lilith, but she was part of one of the earliest generations of demons.
For centuries, when Bet was on Earth, she would possess the body of a beautiful young woman – usually a slave or a peasant – and she would proceed to seduce men. Often she posed as a prostitute or a mistress, granting her access to powerful men. After taking her to bed, these men would be highly vulnerable to suggestion and manipulation. She would plant ideas in their heads or prod the ideas already present, convincing them to leave their wives or make a bad investment, even to kill their best friends. Many crimes and battles throughout history occurred because of this demon’s influence – some more famous than others.
Bet is one of Hell’s interrogators. This is not to be confused with a torturer. She does not dole out punishments. It is her job to extract information from people in Hell. She tends to play the “good cop”, being kind to her victims, earning their trust, seducing them. In this way, people want to give her information. If this doesn’t work, a victim will be sent to one of Hell’s “bad cops”.
Since the Devil’s Gate was opened, Bet has been lying low. She took possession of Desiree Benoit, and has stuck with this host, using her name and fortune to her benefit. She’s currently running Desiree’s cosmetics company. However, Bet does still seduce and manipulate men whenever she gets the chance. She goads them into doing things they’ve only ever thought about. She also lures men away from happy relationships. Through chemically altering the products sold through her host’s company, Bet hopes to someday be able to use her influences on a larger, more timely scale, infecting everyone with impatience and ambition.
.::The Host::. Desiree Benoit was born on July 31, 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was raised by her mother, Anne Marie, and never knew her father. Despite constantly struggling financially, Desiree had a mostly happy childhood and she and her mother were very close.
Desiree was a diligent student from a very young age, though she had to study hard to get decent grades due to suffering from dyslexia and mild anxiety. She was always very good with money, and as she got older she worked several odd jobs to help her mother pay their bills. She always loved fashion, though she could never afford very nice clothes. She mostly wore clothes that were too big or worn out, handed down from distant cousins. She was always sort of shy, going to school for the academic part rather than the social activities. She had very few close friends and tended to stick close to home.
After graduating from high school in 1997, Desiree received a full scholarship to Berkeley College in New York and earned her BA in Fashion Marketing. Upon graduating in 2001, she was an intern and wound up working as an assistant at a cosmetics company. It wasn’t what she had planned, but Desiree found she enjoyed her job.
In 2003, Desiree returned to Phoenix and opened her own store, with the help of a few friends who were willing to invest. She designed and made her own clothing and it was actually quite successful.
By May, 2006, Desiree had opened a second larger store in New York City and she not only sold clothing and accessories, but make-up and fragrances as well. It was around this time that the Devil’s Gate opened, and Bet decided this host would be perfect for her.
Role Play Sample:
Bet was in a horrific mood when she arrived at work at 7 am Wednesday morning. There had been some sort of power outage and her clock radio had reset itself, so she’d woken up over an hour late. She’d taken a quick shower, thrown her wet hair into a long messy braid, sprayed herself with some perfume, and run out the door.
Then her car wouldn’t start and she somehow locked the keys inside.
“Oh, isn’t this just a wonderful day…” she’d muttered with a sarcastic roll of her eyes.
The only alternate transportation she had was a bicycle. Wearing a skirt, she wasn’t fond of that idea at all… especially since her house key was on the same keychain as her car keys, so she couldn’t even run inside to change.
She had sighed, closed her eyes, taken a deep breath, and counted to ten. People had always told her that helped. ‘Take a deep breath and count to ten.’
“One… Two…”
She opened her eyes. They were not green, as her host’s should have been, but pure white. She screamed, a blood-curdling screech, and slammed her fist through the driver’s side window of her car. As blood trickled down from her hand where the glass had embedded itself, she took several deep breaths, and smiled as her eyes went back to their normal color.
“There. Problem solved,” she said.
She glanced up to see her neighbor, a rotund little man in his late forties, staring at her, dumbfounded. He was wearing his bathrobe and held the morning paper in his hands. Bet smiled sweetly at him and waved.
“Good morning, Mr. Bailey,” she called.
He stared at her for a long moment before clearing his throat. When he spoke, he stuttered.
“A-are you… d-do you need any h-h-help?” he asked.
Bet shook her head, still smiling. If he’d asked her a moment ago, she would’ve punched him in the face.
“Nothing a few stitches won’t cure,” she said with a chuckle, holding up her bloody hand as if it were a trophy.
The man looked away, swaying on his feet, before running back inside. He hated the sight of blood.
Laughing to herself, Bet reached inside the broken window to unlock the door, opened it, and brushed the glass off the front seat onto the pavement.
Her employees better have had the store open on time.
Okay, no problem I can make her less powerful if need be. I just thought it'd be nifty to have a big bad. She can be sort of temporary too if you guys want to do an actual plot where someone exorcises her at the end, and I'd play the host afterward.

It is indeed a powerful character, but since I was told by a reliable source that you're great at writing and doesn't overdo it, I give my approval as well.
Though now I'm confused. For a powerful character two admins approval is enough or we need another?
