Knowing that her ruse was finally up the demon smiles broadly at the hunters, not going down without a fight. Nat knew they had the power to send her back to hell, actually she expected it now. Even so she wasn't going to let this shell go without a hard fight, even if it was just with her words. She'd faced hunters like this pair before, she knew it was a loss cause, but she was still going to have her fill of fun.
"Son of all thats holy...." he cursed, low and furious. "You aren't my baby sister.... Your a gutter crawling hell whore." The demon stares into the green eyes of the hunter with amusement, "Took you about freakin' time," she spits out, "That sickly sweet and tormented soul bit was getting on my nerves. For being such highly talked about hunters you two are really dense Curse." the demon preaches from her spot on the rug. Thinking more on what he said to her she couldn't help but smirk,"...gutter crawling whore...that's definitely a new one." Nat grins as she takes in the new nickname,"I like it. It has a nice ring to it. Of course that means you're calling your own darling, baby sister a whore as well. With what I've been doing with this body...she fits in that category." Tossing her long locks over her shoulder the demon folds its arms over its chest.
"Well, well... what have we here? Its not every day one of your sort is stupid enough to stroll through our doors. I'd say its a pleasure but... It will only be a pleasure for us. Narrowing her eyes she gives the hunter a death glare, he was right. She should've kept her guard up more, well it was a stupid move on her part but she was going to hit him where it counts now that she had the opportunity. It's been a few years waiting for this moment of them to finally meet, she was going to make sure he never forgot it. "Oh but it is already pleasure for me. You see dear Curse just tormenting you with having you look at your sweet innocent sister's face while I'm the one in control does soo much for me. Would you like me to tell you how this came to be? How I chose your family. How it was me in your sweet sister's body that killed your parents. Tell me Curse darling did they find all of your dear mother and father's pieces?" a sickly grin is placed on the demon's face in the form of the cherub sister that was know at one point in her life as the girl next door.
An evil laugh escapes her ruby red lips as she licks them. .. and i've been waiting for this day for a a LONG DAMNED time. " Cocking her head to the side she looks him up and down. "That's for sure. Too bad you weren't there when we slaughtered your family. Your mother's screams to try and save your family was precious, if you're into that sort of thing. The love she had for your family was almost sickening. That look of terror on her face comforts me on those cold lonely nights Curse. Perhaps I'll get to see the same at some point with your new family." the demon knew she hit below the belt right there, not that it mattered to her. She couldn't do anything else but she knew she was going to get ever dig into him while she could. "Darlin? We got any of that complimentary holy water around? I think our guest here looks parched."The smile slowly leaves Lizzie the demon's face, a gulp barely audible as she realizes what this was going to come too. The demon registered that the little mouse of a wife he had went to do as she was told, "Awe we were just having family bonding time! Why would you want to spoil it with something like that? she pouts. "OK. Holy water, salt and any exorcism ritual we might need." the little blond says to her husband. Watching the blond return the demon glares at the female, hating her more and more by the second. "I'm not thirsty actually. Perhaps you could give it to that homeless guy down the way I'm sure he'd appreciate a drink." she mutters lightly as her eyes never leave the journal and flask of holy water before her. Well it seemed like this might really be it. Shame, she was just getting used to being on earth. [/blockquote]

Gritting his teeth against the urge to leap across the circle and beat the living hell out of the demon in his sisters body, Curse forced the cool, collected expression to remain on his face. He hadn't been a special force officer for nothing and he wasn't about to let his control snap now. Duty first, emotions later. That had been drilled into him in some of the most ruthless conditions known, and unknown, to man.
Vaguely, he was aware of Jo leaving and then coming back but his attention was on the demon trapped in the circle. He could feel the concern in his wife but knew if he so much as looked at her, all hell would break loose. It would be the unraveling of the rope he used to keep his volatile feelings under lock and key. He couldn't allow that to happen.
"You know.. the more you talk.. The more it becomes obvious that your just a worthless piece of crap. I'm surprised Daddy devil let you out on your own. Stupidity like yours is criminal." he returned with a snort and then reached for the holy water and tossed it right in the demons face."See... as stupid as you think WE are... We aren't the ones running our mouth in the same old yada yada bullshit that every fucking demon in the world uses."
Clenching his jaw against the burn that bloomed on the delicate cheek, he used his advantage to spin a chair around and slam the small body into it. In record time, he had the screaming, hissing creature bound to the wood and then was out of the circle again. With his breath coming in rasps, he turned cold eyes to the blond and nodded.
"Get to it, Darlin.... Nothing better than a good exorcism to complete the day. Just do me a favor.... Don't set the bitch on fire... I at least want to be able to put my baby sister to rest in the proper manner."
Then, turning his back to the pair, he nonchalantly walked over to the bar and poured himself a shot that he slammed back.

JoJo stared at the demon in the trap. Her face set, she wasn't going to allow what the thing said to get to her, at least she wouldn't show it. She just stood there with her jaw clenched tight as the demon went on about how they killed Curse's parents. When she mentioned taking pleasure in doing the same to his knew family Jo glanced at her husband but didn't say anything.
Turning back to face the demon Jo watched as Curse stalked up to her, fired back with some threats of his own and threw the holy water into her face. Jo remained quiet, watching the scene play out around her. After Curse secured the creature to a chair he turned to her. Cocking her head to the side she nodded when she answered. "Yeah... I'll try not to burn her to a crisp, but if she makes a move or harms a hair on your head I can't be responsible." Opening up the book she flipped through the pages until she found what she was looking for. She started reading the Latin for the exorcism, even though she knew most of it by memory, she didn't want to make any mistakes.
"Regna terrae, cantate Deo psallite Domino qui fertis super caelum caeli ad Orientem Ecce dabit voci Suae vocem virtutis, tribuite virtutem Deo." Pausing for a moment Jo looked up. Watching to see the reaction from the demon. Then she bent her head back down and continued reading from the book.
"Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica." Jo continued to recite the ritual. Determined to keep going now matter what happened. Hoping that Curse would be able to deal with anything if the demon tried anything tricky. She was going to finish the job, hopefully the demon would be expelled and Curse's sister would survive the ordeal.

Nat stared down the pair, knowing it was about the only thing she could do. Sighing with a toss of her hair she glares at the bottle of holy water, she knew what it would do once it touched her skin. Her familiarity with it was one she wasn't to fond of. She didn't have to wait long for that fear to become reality with it was thrown on her face, making her scream out in agony. It robbed her of her senses, pain was the only thing she felt. Excruciating fire that blazed through her veins, she wasn't even aware of being tied down to a chair. Her screams pierced the air but she cut them short, not letting them get the satisfaction of any more.
Chuckling through the searing pain the demon looks back at Curse and Jo from their prospective spots. The fact that Curse didn't even want to stay and watched showed the demon something. Something that she could use. "What..." she gasps as she tries to overcome the pain, "You don't want to see what Elizabeth's become under your watch Curse?" she eggs as she watches him down the alcohol. This was where she was going to get him most. Nat tests the binds that hold her in the chair, seeing if they were loose enough to break free. Of course, they weren't. Curse wasn't that stupid.
"Just do me a favor.... Don't set the bitch on fire... I at least want to be able to put my baby sister to rest in the proper manner."Tossing her long hair over her shoulder, looking at the two with such venom she knew this was it. Gritting her teeth she prepares for it. Her words to the pair before she was dispatched were going to be hard and a curse of sorts. Mark her words they were."Yeah... I'll try not to burn her to a crisp, but if she makes a move or harms a hair on your head I can't be responsible." A very audible snort escapes her lips, as she continues to chuckle at the pair.
As the exorcism starts the demon fights at the binds that hold her, doing what she could to try to get out of there. It was useless but it was about the only thing she could do. Nat would toss Lizzie's head back in forth as she grunts in pain, feeling herself slipping away slowly from the shell she was incased in. After the first part and Jo looks at Nat to see how it was going the demon looks her in the eyes, "Is that the best you've got bitch?" she mutters through gritted teeth.
The latin words that were being uttered were reaching their climax, the demon knew this was the end this time around. Pulling at the ropes one last time she frees herself, hearing the satisfactory snap with the last of her energy. Standing up she seeths at the pair, her whimpers in pain amplifying."Mark my words, this won't be the last of me." she hisses as she glares with her now black eyes a curse upon her lips. "This is just the beginning. You best sleep with one eye open, I've taken your sister away from you Curse, but you have more than her in this world that will hit you where it hurts." Nat spits as she glares right at Jo, her words pointed.
A scream escapes her as a black smoke starts to leave her mouth. The demon starts to choke but looks into Curse's cold eyes, "I'll.....be.....back!" it screams with its final breaths as the black cloud escapes the small female's body and is expelled into the air. The dull lifeless body of Lizzie Jordan falls like a rock to the wooden floor below her as the cloud disapates into the stiff air above her.
The room is deadly silent as the motionless and ashen body of Elizabeth Jordan lays crumpled on the floor of her brother's bar.

It took all of Curse's will power to keep his back to what was going on behind him. Fury, disillusionment and self hatred warred with his desire to killing the fucking bitch who resided in his baby sisters body. The things she said... The things she did hit him in the gut but he wouldn't allow her the satisfaction of seeing it. For the first time in his life, Curse allowed someone else to do what needed doing and thanked god he was married to a woman who had the ability to do what needed done and keep him sane in the process.
Tossing back another shot of whiskey straight from the bottle, the hunter gripped the neck so hard that it was a wonder the glass didn't bust. Shrieks and snarls came from behind him and it was only once the blessed silence fell that he turned on his heel and stared at the body in the chair. His green eyes were ablaze with emotion but he didn't move an inch until several minutes had passed. Demons had been known to play tricks and he wasn't about to break the circle to rush to Lizzies side until they knew for sure it was gone.
Finally, pushing himself away from the counter, Curse approached the two women. Not looking at Jo for the moment, afraid his control would shatter, he moved to the chair and sliced through the bindings holding the woman to it. Gently, he felt for a pulse and was relieved to find a slow but steady heartbeat. Dropping his head in relief, he knelt beside the chair and felt sobs clog his throat.
"She's alive" he finally got out in a hoarse, almost choking tone.
Turning his eyes upon his wife, he nodded at her and then picked Lizzie up. Carrying her gently, Curse headed for the basement.
"Lets take her downstairs until she wakes up... I ... I don't know what else to do.... Unless you think we should take her to the hospital?"
Completely at a loss for the first time in years, the hunter looked to his wife for guidance. Fighting demons he could handle but to have his own failure flung in his face by such a beloved face had left him adrift.

JoJo continued on with the exorcism ritual, not stopping for anything. Her voice never faltered, even when she looked up occasionally. She glared at the demon as she kept speaking the words that would send the bitch back to hell. They hateful things the demon was saying, Jo knew that she was trying to hurt the, scare them. Jo wasn't going to allow it, at least she wasn't going to show it. She wasn't sure how it was affecting her husband at the moment because all she could do was focus on what she was doing, until finally it was done.
Jo closed the book and stood silently has she watched her husband go to his sister's side. Jo wasn't sure what to do but when Curse finally spoke, the emotion in his voice almost broke her heart. Jo nodded in response, thankful that she was still alive. She moved over to her husband and brushed a thumb across his cheek.
As Curse lifted his sister up Jo watched. He started to head downstairs to the basement but hesitated a bit. When he spoke, Jo could hear the uncertainty in his voice. "It's OK baby... Take her downstairs. We will take care of her. She'll be alright." Jo watched as Curse continued on resuming his course to the office areas down the stairs. Taking a minute, Jo went behind the bar and grabbed some bottles of water. Then she went to the kitchen, putting the bottles of water into a bag she added in some fresh fruit, cheese and some left over chicken from the fridge to the bag. On her way out of the kitchen she grabbed some paper plates and eating utensils.
After gathering what she thought they would need she hurried down the stairs herself. She found Curse and his sister in one of the rooms. Setting the bags of supplies and food down she spoke quietly. "How's she doing?"

It was like a dream, like she was just floating around without a care in the world. Lizzie felt light as a feather, like nothing could ever get her. A big weight was finally lifted from her chest, giving her the freedom she needed to raise herself up from the darkness that had encased her for so long. That's when she heard it... his voice.
Her guardian angel.
Her big brother.
Lizzie didn't think she was ever going to hear that voice again. Curse she thought as she continued to let it talk about moving her. Who was her? That thought was answered when she felt herself being carried somewhere. There was something about the way he was talking that saddened Liz. He had this hardness with a tinge of sadness in his voice. Whatever it was that was making him that way she wanted to punch it to make it stop. The last thing she wanted was for her angel to be sad.
Lizzie felt herself being set down gently, ever so gently. She wanted to wrap her arms around her big brother and just sit there like that. He was supposed to be there to protect her all the time, but something in the back of her head was telling her that it didn't work out like that. Last she remembered he was supposed to be off doing his military thing. Leaving her with her dreaded parents. It wasn't that she hated them, she just didn't like them babying her so much. Curse got the freedom and she got the leash it seemed.
Stirring slightly she weakly takes her hand and moves it around until she feels a warm one similar to hers. Lizzie squeezes it lightly as she tries to pry her eyes open. They felt like they were glued shut but she fought it. Squinting somewhat she was able to open her green eyes to the world around her, not quite sure where the heck she was for that matter either. But none of that mattered when her green orbs set their sights on the man in front of her. "Curse?" she whispers hoarsely as her ashen face tries to process what was going on. Gulping Lizzie tries to sit up, to get a better barring of the world around her. If it was one thing she learned from her big brother it was to always be aware of what was going on around you. "Where are we? What are you doing here? What is..." she trails off when she sees the girl standing there with food. Seeing the food she realized she was famished, but not quite sure how she came to be like that. Not knowing who the girl was Lizzie just stayed quiet, looking like a broken doll laying in the bed in that damp place they were. "What's going on?" she mutters in an almost inaudible whisper.
