The midnight hour was fast approaching as cars pulled in and out of the well lite parking lot outside the Wolf's Den. From the shadows stepped three finely dressed gentlemen and they made their way casually towards the front door. Once entering the establishment, the bouncer stationed at the door was waved away and a blank expression crossed his face as he ignored the men passing him by.
The one in front gave his companions a confident, almost arrogant smirk before continuing into the shadowed haven of the club's main floor. As the darkness concealed their strictest features, the group made their way to a corner table and proceeded to make themselves comfortable. A waitress approached them, took their drink orders and noted their rich garb before turning away and heading back to the bar.
Subtle conversation was held between the men before a pretty brunette stepped up on to the stage and began a dance designed to entrance most gentlemen. While lust was a prevalant emotion upon the newcomers faces, there was something else there too... Something a bit different. Something almost... Hungry.
The dark haired man who seemed to be the leader of the group leaned back in his chair and meet the dancers eyes with mezmerizing intent and was satisfied when her steps faltered and then picked up again. His command had been recieved by the pretty young woman and his needs meet for the night.
Turning back to his companions, he watched the waitress approach with their drinks and gave her a charming smile before saying something in low tones to his companions. When they all smiled a bit, he nodded towards the dancer on stage and then settled back.
As the last refrains of the music slid away, the gentleman noted the girls trance like steps and quickly moved to intercept her as she left the stage. Drawing her in, he lead her to the gentlemans table and spent the next hour talking and flirting with her under the club staff's careful eye. By the time he was ready to let her leave, careful instructions were implanted in her mind of where and when to meet his companions and himself.
As she rose and returned to the dressing room, her actions were completely normal and no one would link her coming disappearance to him. With a satisfied smirk, he was just turning away when he noted another pretty face coming out of the back room and his expression stilled. The blonde that passed through the club floors smiled and greeted various people but her features were that of an old memory buried deep in his past.
Feeling as if he'd seen a ghost, the gentleman turned his face away just as she looked straight at him. As their gazes locked, he could see the confusion in her eyes and the curiosity as her mind reached out to his. Keeping the carefully neutral expression on his face, he raised his tumbler and gave her a small salute before turning towards his companions.

Sibeal was having a night of it. Dressed in a sexy little black dress, the young dancer hustled the girls here and there before calmly signing off on a million and one ideas that were on her office desk. Her hands were completely full and it was with some relief that she was able to take a break a little before midnight.
Having danced two sets already, she was roving the floors under Charlies watchful eye when she felt a strange vibe run over her skin. Still smiling at a regular patron, the pretty blond glanced upwards and her eyes locked upon a dark, almost sinfully dangerous gentleman. His eyes roved over her slender form and there was something almost .. familiar about him. Familiar and a bit... sinister.
Shaking her head at that thought, Sibeal arched a brow and gave him a discreet nod. As she did so she acknowledged the fact that he was definitely something most women dreamed of. The air of mystery about him would drawn females like moths to a flame. Darkly handsome, the man had the most compelling eyes she'd ever seen. As he raised his tumbler and saluted her, she felt an almost irresistable urge to go to him and she actually felt her body take a few steps towards him.It was that realization that drew her up short and she quickly looked away from him in order to clear her mind.
Frowning a bit, she glanced back at him and was disturbed to find him still gazing at her. Feeling uneasy for some reason she couldn't name, Sibeal headed for the bar and ordered a whiskey as she tried to shake off her discomfort.

TreyTrey walked into the club just before midnight. He was supposed to meet Shane tonight after she got off work. He nodded to the door man who let him pass without question. Walking across the crowded club he headed over to the bar.
Leaning against the bar he caught the bartender's attention and ordered a beer. His thoughts started to drift a bit. Thinking about meeting up with Shane here. They had seen each other a few times now. So he figured this was kind of like a date or at least as close to a date as people like them had. People who didn't exactly lead normal lives.
The bartender brought his beer and Trey laid the money on the counter. Picking up he beer he took a long pull on the beer while he scanned the room and the crowd. Shane wasn't up on stage an he didn't see her mingling in the crowd. She must have been in the back he thought. He wasn't sure how long he'd have to wait. They didn't exactly have a set time. He just said he'd meet her at the club.
Trey took another drink of his beer as he spotted another familiar blond. Sibeal was walking through the club. Looking like she was just checking things out. Getting a feel for who was here tonight. She hadn't seem him yet and he thought he noticed something strange as her facial expression changed. He watched as she headed toward the other end of the bar.

The moment the young beauty looked his way, Stephan went completely still. It was as if he looked upon the features of a woman long dead. The visage was so achingly familiar that if he actually breathed it would have stopped the breath in his lungs. In a moment he was taken back in time to a period in his life when he'd ruled the backwards city of New Orleans and he'd actually thought he'd found his eternal mate. In one ill fated afternoon, his plans had been dashed and their betrothal set aside for reason left unsaid as war ravaged the land around them. Her betrayal had turned him colder than the winter earth but she'd been killed before he could reek revenge upon her.
As he stared across the crowded club, he saw a flicker of recognition before the young woman shook it away and nodded to him. An arrogant smile slide over his face as he watched her intentionally walk away from him and moved towards the bar at the other end of then building. She was obviously caught off gaurd but didn't seem to have any idea as to why. That thought alone made him grin as he turned to his companions and offered a toast.

It wasn’t just that Sibeal was one of the hottest women that he had ever seen, or that she had left him confused or either that she had asked him into something that his friend Evan would call a date, Jules didn’t do dates, the reason he was there was that he actually wanted to get a feel of what really was going on between him and the dancer. At one moment they were flirting, the next kissing and the next she was telling him to go home, only to later show up at the gym and ask him to go to her place for dinner.
Truth was, Julian had no idea whatsoever about how a relationship should go. Even so that he was willing to get to know Sibeal and he was obviously attracted to her, he wasn’t looking to tie himself down or get into anything serious. For him the idea of a couple being happily ever after only worked on crappy movies, not in real life.
Taking a look around, he had yet to spot the blonde, so he moved towards the bar and asked for a beer. Then taking the bottle into his hands, he took a sip of the cold golden drink and managed to relax a bit.
Finally spotting the blonde, Jules was able to see a flicker of uneasiness in her features and following the line of her gaze he found an unfamiliar guy staring straight at her. From what he knew of the dancer, she could take care of herself and punch the lights of any jerk that gave her trouble, but he got a feeling that there was something…different there. Was that guy a boyfriend or something? Julian knew if it was so, he shouldn’t feel jealous…but in fact, he was.

Stephan was just getting to his feet when another man entered the club. Dismissing him with a glance, he beckoned to his companions and the group made their way towards the exit. They had arranged what they had come for and it wouldn't due to draw undue attention to themselves, they all agreed.
However, on a spur of the moment indulgence, Stephan stopped and walked back to the bar. As he did so, he saw the newcomer glaring at him and he arched a brow. As the man's gaze went to the blond further down the bar, he smirked and turned to the bartender. An exchange of money flashed and then the bartender was nodding his thanks for a large tip and proceeding to make up a jack and coke on the rocks.
Moving down the bar, he slid it before the woman and Stephan meet her startled gaze as she looked up. Her eyes flickered with awareness and her face paled just a bit at his intense gaze. He knew the wheels were turning in that pretty little head and he wondered how long it would take her to put two and two together. S
he looked so much like Celeste that it almost made his eyes hurt. He'd known New Orleans would be interesting but he hadn't been aware of how much fun it would be to return to the place where his one and only defeat had happened. Fate was a tricky bitch but it seemed that she was dealing him a hand to settle an old, old score.
With a slight nod to her, he turned and gave the dark haired man a satisfied smirk and then left the club.

Jules’ eyes followed the man intently, he had never seen the guy before but the look he was giving Sibeal unnerved him greatly. It was the kind of look a guy would give a girl he lusted for, there was no denying it…and the way she reacted to him…she had punched the lights out of that idiot the other night that had made quite a stupid come on to her. And with that dude, it seemed like she had no idea how to react to him. Julian didn’t know her enough to say so, but it seemed she wasn’t in a hurry to send that guy away.
Sure he and the blonde dancer had kissed, but in no way he would label what was between them. He wasn’t one for commitment, but obviously was one for jealousy.
Clenching his fist in anger as he watched the guy send a drink to Sibeal and then walk past him with that stupid smirk in his face, it took all he had to stop himself from throwing a punch at the guy. He knew he had no right to be jealous about her, especially when he wasn’t willing to commit himself, but it was something beyond his control.
Usually if a girl he was attracted to started to take a shine to another guy, he would just walk away until he found the next cute girl that appealed to him. With this dancer however, for some reason, it didn’t work quite the same way.

Sibeal was lost in thought as she stood at the bar with a frown on her pretty face. She didn't know why but she felt as if someone had just walked over her grave and she started to shake. Just as she decided that a shot of whiskey might even out her nerves, Sebastian approached and slide a glass in front of her.
Glancing up in a startled manner, her gaze fell upon the dark, handsome stranger and she watched as he gave her a nod and then smiled. Some inner voice seemed to scream out a warning and she instantly knew that the man was in some way a threat to her.
Paling even further than she had, she stumbled back away from the bar and felt the room start to fade around her. In a heart beat the walls of the club where gone and she was standing in front her Nana's plantation house. Only, it wasn't the plantation house she knew... It was the one of old. She was running up the stairs and falling as she reached the top step.
Terror and disbelief swarmed her mind and she couldn't get enough breath to scream out a warning. As darkness enfolded her, Sibeal felt as if her world was coming to an end. As her physical body hit the floor, the dancer passed out cold.

TreyTrey kept a watchful eye out as something odd seemed to be going on and had his hunter hackles raised. Sibeal still hadn't seen him sitting at the bar. Then he noticed Julian come in and make his way to the bar as well. It seemed his attention was focused on Sibeal and he didn't notice Trey sitting at the far end of the bar. The source of the disturbance seemed to be coming from a dark haired man surrounded by others who definitely gave out the vibe of being underlings. The dark man was definitely the one in charge.
Trey looked back and forth between the table full of strangers and then Sibeal and Julian. The mystery man seemed to have a wicked smirk on his face and was paying particular attention to Sibeal. Julian had a frustrated scowl painted on his face. Trey was pretty sure he could attribute that to Julian not liking the man focusing on Sibeal.
Chuckling a bit, it seemed to Trey that Julian may have liked Sibeal more than he cared to admit. He couldn't blame the man. If they hadn't been friends since they were kids he'd be all over Sibeal in a heartbeat. Well, maybe not anymore he thought as his mind drifted to thinking about Shane. It still wasn't clear what was going on with them but it was definitely something.
Trey shook himself out of his stupor and looked down to the other end of the bar. The dark haired mystery man was on the move. It seemed he had bought Sibeal a drink and then left the club.
It only took Trey a moment to see the change come over Sibeal's face and it wasn't good. Her face clouded over and she seemed to be off in some faraway place. Trey rushed down the bar. He gave Julian a look as he ran past. He made it to her side just as she fainted and crumpled to the floor. "Hey! Hey! A little help here. Get her some water. Where can I take her?" Trey yelled at the bartender as he knelt down beside Sibeal. Pressing his fingers to her neck checking for a pulse but already able to see that she was breathing. He scooped her up in his arms and looked at the bartender who looked back at him with a shocked look on his face and pointed Trey toward the backroom.
With Sibeal in his arms he headed off in that direction. Again he looked at Julian and jerked his head indicating he should probably follow. Then he was almost to the door giving a look to Charlie who was manning the door. The man had the door open before he even got there and ushered him in without questions. He gave Trey some quick directions on where he could take Sibeal. Trey found the door that Charlie indicated and opened it to find a private dressing room. Trey hadn't even paid any attention to the dancers he had made his way past to get there. His only concern was Sibeal at the moment and luckily the dressing room was empty.
Gently he laid her down on the small couch in the room. He knelt down by her side and touched her face. After a minute a waitress showed up with a glass of water and Trey took it and then waved the waitress away. "She'll be alright... She just fainted." Now that his initial panic was fading his senses coming back to him. He knew she would be OK. She was safe and out of the prying eyes of everyone in the club. He patted her face softly. "Hey, come on Sib. Come back to me." He spoke to her quietly as he set the glass of water down on the side table near the couch. Keeping his eyes on her her breathing was slow and steady. Almost like she was just asleep. He waited for her to come around.

Julian didn’t know who that guy was, or what his relation was to Sibeal, but it was obvious that he had quite an effect on her. Right after he left and Jules turned his gaze to the dancer, he could see her turn deathly pale and then faint. What the hell was going on there?
Before he could react, Trey appeared from nowhere and rushed to her aid. He hadn’t even seen the guy there and by the time he managed to get to her, Trey had the unconscious blond already safely in his arms.
Julian was worried about her, surely her fainting couldn’t be a good sign and that only added to the feeling that guy was something of her past. But what was annoying him more at that moment was that he hadn’t been able to rush to her aid quickly enough. He should be the one carrying her, not Trey. He had no idea why, but that was how he felt.
Silently, he followed the pair with a worried look on his face, promising himself that if that guy was an old boyfriend of Sibeal’s and came to threaten her, he would kick the guy’s ass so hard that he wouldn’t dare to even think about her ever again.
Knelling next to the couch Trey had laid her down, he hoped there was something he could do to help right there, but the best he could do was to wait. Glancing to the blond man next him, he asked the question that was bugging him. “Dude, who was that guy that approached her just before she fainted?”
They were old friends after all, so he might have an answer for that.

TreyTrey sat watching Sibeal. Suddenly aware that Julian was kneeling down next to him. He was also worriedly looking at Sibeal. Trey turned to look when Julian spoke. “Dude, who was that guy that approached her just before she fainted?" Trey stood up and started pacing up and down in the small dressing room. His mind trying to grasp onto the picture of the guy. He didn't really seem familiar to him, but he definitely seemed to know Sibeal.
Maybe he was just an overzealous customer that didn't know when to take no for an answer. No, Trey didn't think that could be it. Sibeal knew how to handle that. Something like that wouldn't have put her in that trance and caused her to pass out. This was something else. And something that might not be exactly of the normal persuasion. Trey stopped for a second and looked down at Julian still kneeling next to Sibeal. "I don't know who he is. But, I certainly intend to find out." Trey resumed pacing again. Glancing over at Sibeal every few seconds. Waiting for her to come around. Starting to get a little more worried that she hadn't snapped out of it yet.

Julian knelled next to Sibeal and gazed at her with visibly concern. It would be an understatement to say that the dark haired man was feeling out of place and powerless at that very moment. Place him in the middle of a fight, a mechanic shop or a boxing ring and it would be right up his alley, now with a fainted girl he had no idea what to do. All he could do was waiting for her to recover.
Luckily Trey seemed to be more in control of things, and that would free him of having to handle a situation where he would have no idea of how to handle. Though it was obvious that her fainting had something to do with that dark haired guy with the incredibly annoying smirk, if Jules wasn’t already itching to wipe that smirk form his face, he certainly would be now.
Taking the unconscious blonde’s hand in his, he lightly rubbed the back of her hand, hoping that small stimulation would help her regain her consciousness. “Come on Sib, wake up and stop scaring us like that,” he said in a soft whisper meant only for the blonde dancer’s ears.
