It's the year 225 AD. King Arthur is in the second year of his reign after the death of his father Uther. Since he has taken the throne, the fae folk have begun to come out of hiding and are now becoming a regular part of his court at Camelot. Still unmarried, the prospect of uniting the races exists, as well as several potential brides from among the local kings children.
The elves are presenting the fairest of their princesses, Guinevere, as a potential bride for the High King, while the faeries are pressing for one of their own princess to be the chosen Queen of Camelot. There are those who might wish to use this rivalry to their advantage.
Meanwhile, a faction of fae under the guidance of the faerie Nimueh has made a counter movement. They oppose their people's friendliness and willingness to "spoil" the pure bloodlines with human intermarriage. Through the Lady Morgana, herself a half fae, Nimueh and her people might find a tool with which to bring down the peace agreements and start a war against "the human blight" in their native lands.
With the races converging on Arthur's capital city of court, some come to win favor, others to bargain alliances, still more to try to destroy this new friendly interaction. How will you fit in to this new Pendragon Dynasty?
Nothing is set in stone anymore, not even Excalibur. The ultimate decision lies squarely on Arthur's shoulders. Should he choose duty or love... Chivalry or Sorcery?
